The purpose built facilities at Cobham Intermediate include a fully equipped gymnasium, a modern library and Resource Centre and a specialist Music Suite. In addition, the school has a purpose built Science Laboratory, Information Technology Suites and a Technology Centre which includes Foods, Textiles, Hard Materials (wood and metal), and an Art Studio.
