Aranui High School is a culturally diverse school with a roll of 650 students. We provide a broad and challenging education with a choice of course pathways. Students may choose to take a full academic course, an academy course, or a combination of the two. Students who require extra English support may take 4-12 hours of ESOL per week, depending on individual needs.
International students may stay with us for a short-term ‘cultural experience’ or choose to complete their senior high schooling with us. All our international students are placed in a local home stay, usually within walking distance from the school.
Facilities
Gymnasium, large sports field, tennis courts, computer suites, drama and music suite, recording studio, two newly completed classroom buildings and an international student common room.
