Located in Darfield approximately 25 minutes from Christchurch International Airport. A Decile 8 co-ed school starting at Year 7 level through to Year 13 level. We are large enough to be able to offer a wide range of academic, cultural, and sporting opportunities but small enough to know our students well. We promote traditional values of respect and citizenship. Support and advice is available to students from the International Department, Year Level Deans and the Student Support Network.

Darfield High School offers international students the opportunity to study English in a safe and friendly environment without the distractions of the city, whilst still having access to the city and various sporting and cultural activities. Our teaching staff are well qualified, friendly and always willing to assist and encourage all our international students. We provide clear boundaries but also opportunities to develop independence and leadership skills
