Lincoln High School is a government school from Year 9 to 13.  We have 1560 students and are situated on the outskirts of Christchurch, providing the students with the opportunity to study in a peaceful environment but with easy access to the city.  It is a 20 minute drive to Christchurch International Airport. Lincoln High School is committed to quality education and our innovative programmes lead progressively to senior levels where students are prepared for entry to university.

We are recognised as a leading school in information technology integration.  The school is fully networked giving access to filtered internet sites and library facilities throughout.  Lincoln High School has three gymnasia (one with a climbing wall);  it has a modern music suite and students  have the opportunity to learn a large variety of musical instruments.

The staff of Lincoln High School is there to help you adjust to your new environment.  The International Staff is responsible for finding high quality homestay accommodation, excellent pastoral care and counselling on academic issues.  Guidance staff is available to assist with personal and social issues as well as providing vocational advice.
