"I chose New Zealand because it is a peaceful and friendly country. Christchurch has beautiful seasons especially Spring and Summer, with great scenes of the sea, mountains and gardens. It also provides a great study environment and facilities. I love the practical nature of my study, also the helpful academic staff and friendly classmates. I enjoyed the course from day one, and my training has given me a constructive foundation to build up my career. "

I am Tony Bai and I came to Christchurch from China two years ago. I like Christchurch because it is a peaceful city and its people are friendly. It has a mixture of English, Kiwi and Maori cultures life-style that makes my learning experience more interesting. Christchurch is a great place to learn English and Business in New Zealand.
Studying in Christchurch is one of the best things that is ever happened to me. I completed my Level 5 Diploma in Business Administration at New Zealand College of Business (NZCB). With the official academic pathway between NZCB and CPIT, I have had transferred of credits from my Diploma into Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology's (CPIT) Bachelor degree programme. I enjoyed the learning environment and individual attention that the College's staff offered me. I am very grateful for the Diploma from New Zealand of Business that serves as good initial platform prior to my tertiary study at CPIT.
There are many great learning opportunities available in Christchurch. I would recommend Christchurch to everyone who is looking for a memorable learning experience.

"Thanks so much to everyone. My thanks are truly from my heart. I've studied here for just 2 months. That's a very short time and the time has gone very fast but I can say that this has been the best time of my life. I'm really happy to be here.
Before I came I just expected to improve my English but so far I've gotten many things I didn't expect as well, such as friends and earthquakes! My class is really nice and always crazy. We come from different countries, have different languages and we don't speak really good English but these differences aren't a barrier between us. We have become close together in a short time and it's a very beautiful friendship.
Another strange experience in New Zealand was the earthquake. The earthquake brought terror and desperation to Christchurch, but on the other hand, the earthquake made my relationship with my friends and my teachers, my homestay and many people here become closer. In the dreadful time we kept morale up and we helped each other. The week after the earthquake I got many phone calls from CCEL and teachers. The content wasn't necessary, they just asked me how I was, but I was really appreciative about it.
In New Zealand there are lots of language schools, and it was very hard for me to choose one of them but now I clearly know, I've chosen the best school."
